Guided by the late Wilmer Guido's dream, PARC still wants to recruit and train more performing arts scholars from underserved communities. The goal is to have 300 scholars by 2025. Globaltronics and PARC can’t do it by themselves. They need the help of people like you.

The PARC Foundation was established as a non-stock, non-profit organization in December 2015. It was founded by Wilmer Guido, a passionate 23-year old whose dream was to put up a performing arts center to help people, especially the underprivileged youth and struggling local artists, fulfill their passions as well.
Determined to achieve his dream, Wilmer formed his core team with like-minded friends Samsam Santiago and Issay Nodalo. As a first move, they repurposed an old office building into a performing arts hub. On June 1, 2016, they officially opened their doors to the public. Since then, The PARC Foundation has been a second home to numerous performing artists and groups who enjoy our creative spaces at the friendliest rates.
In response to the stigma that the performing arts is only for well-off individuals, the foundation launched PARCaralan in December 2017. The aim of the program is to bring free quality arts education to some of the most talented and promising children from underserved communities near PARC.
Unfortunately, it was during the same month when PARC lost its founder due to a sudden illness. But with the support of his family and the Guido Group of Companies, Wilmer’s spirit lives on and his legacy continues through The PARC Foundation and its mission to enable and support the Filipino performing arts community.

We establish partnerships with like-minded groups or individuals to create performing arts-based activities to achieve a common goal. Through our ArtVocacy Program, Government Institutions, Schools, Churches, Private Corporations, Philanthropists, and Individuals become our donors, sponsors, and volunteers. Together, we work towards social and cultural impact.
We create a pool of diverse and empowered performing artists through our Artist Partnership Program wherein they are given opportunities to hone their skills, showcase their talents and be relevant contributors to the society. In PARC, they have a performing arts hub they can call home and a support group that helps them with their training / production needs. Moreover, we take care of artists’ wellness through our Artist Welfare Program. In collaboration with industry experts, we conduct free trainings and seminars on health, education, employment, and entrepreneurship, designed especially for artists.
We harness the power of performing arts to transform the lives of underprivileged children & youth through our flagship program called “PARCaralan” (a portmanteau of PARC and “paaralan” which is the Filipino word for school). It is a free artistic life skills training program coupled with educational assistance and career opportunities. Artistically gifted children aged 7-12 y/o from underserved communities are accepted as scholars. Up until they are 16, they receive formal lessons in music, dance, and theater, school supplies, transportation and meal allowances. They also attend values formation and character-building workshops as well as cultural immersions that help develop their ambitions and broaden their appreciation of the arts. By the time they reach 17, we link them up to reputable art schools for their further education, to mentors for entrepreneurship, and to professional training or job opportunities on stage / behind-the-scenes / in other fields where they can apply the life skills they have learned.
